The rally will start at the same place as the FFNs, behind the Bank of America at 10300 Sepulveda Blvd, Mission Hills, CA 91345 (enter off Devonshire -- southeast corner of the Target plaza parking lot). In person registration will open at 9:00 am, first car out at 10:01 am. and they will take approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete. There is a beginner/Richta meeting at 9:40 am.

Rallymaster for April 12 is Joe Batwinis. This rally will be an SCCA tour format rally. All roads will be paved and public. Events will run rain or shine. These events are NOT a race. They are contests of precise driving and accurate navigation.

This rally uses the Richta GPS Competitor app for timing and scoring.. The maximum penalty this month is ?? seconds (? minutes) per checkpoint. There is no need for additional timing equipment or clocks - your Official Time shows in the app!
