Event Entry Standards: To ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants, any information provided during event registration or displayed on an entered car—including, but not limited to, sponsor names, car names, car designs, and graphics—that is deemed vulgar, offensive, or inconsistent with our core values will be considered a violation of the SCCA Welcoming Environment. The SCCA reserves the right to remove such information from the registration system or request that participants remove offending designs/graphics from their vehicles. Repeat offenses may result in further action. Please note that event results and images are shared online and with our partners, and we expect all entries to reflect our values of respect, excellence, and inclusivity. 

ON-TRACK Time Attack (TA): drivers will tackle the 2.02-Mile RRR track and vie for the best single lap during Time Attack lapping sessions. Friday: 20- and 15-minute lapping sessions. Saturday: Shoot-out-style Time Attack Sessions. The top three overall and in each class will take home the trophies.

OFF-TRACK: Spectators are allowed at this event. Please check-in at registration. There is an event social that will be held Saturday night.

EVENT RULES:

1. GENERAL RULES 

This event is held under the current Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) Time Trials rules and regulations.  

1. Registration/Check-in: During Registration Hours, it will be located outside the gate to the right as you approach the main gate. You must check in and get an SCCA wristband before you go on track.
2. Tech: Tech will be at the Tech area. 

• If you DO NOT have advanced safety in your car (Advanced Safety = Aftermarket belts, seats, roll-over protection, etc.), you DO NOT need to bring your car to tech, just the completed Time Attack Tech form.  
• If you DO have advanced safety, please bring your car and park in the tech area. If you have a question about your numbers, you may have Tech check them.

1. Helmets- If you have a 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2025, or 2026 SCCA-issued helmet sticker, be it from TA, TNiA, Solo, Road Racing, or RallyX, you are good for this event.  If you do not have a helmet sticker, please bring your helmet to tech.

3. Participant Cancelation Policy Options:

1. PASSING & TRACK PROCEDURES: Groups will use the suggested passing rules and procedures for Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced Drivers as outlined in the “Rules of The Track” section found at timetrials.scca.com.
2. CLOTHING: Drivers are required to wear the minimum clothing outlined in the SCCA Time Attack Rules for their car and class.
3. PACED LAPS: We will not be doing paced laps for this event.
4. PITS AND PIT LANE: The speed limit on pit road is 25 mph. No tire scrubbing in the pit lane prior to entering the course. Safe apparel must be worn in the pits at all times (shirts and closed-toe shoes). 
5. IMPOUND: Drivers will report to the Grid area for post-session debriefs immediately following each session.
6. TIMING: All cars are required to use transponders to ensure accurate gridding. Non-functioning transponders will result in no time. Rental transponders are available with each entry and will be available at the Driver’s meeting. The driver is responsible for providing correct information to Timing.  Timing is located in the Tower next to the registration building outside of the track.
7. RESULTS/LIVE TIMING: These are provided electronically on https://www.race-monitor.com/live (free but basic info) or the Race-monitor App (Subscription that can be shared with up to 5), along with https://speedhive.mylaps.com/livetiming (Free). If you would like a time card or printout of any session, see Timing. 8. FLAG PROCEDURES: Black Flag Station and other event-specific flagging procedures will be announced at the Drivers’ Meeting.
9. EVENT SCHEDULE: Actual session start times may be delayed from the published schedule due to unforeseen circumstances during the event. It is the driver’s responsibility to listen to the PA announcements and pay attention to the activity on track. The schedule or run groups may only be changed (or start times advanced) at the discretion of the Competition Director, with concurrence by the Event Lead, depending on pre-race entry counts or as needed to accommodate situations during the event.
10. COMMUNICATIONS: We will utilize PA announcements for most onsite communication. The PA system is rebroadcast on 104.1 FM. Sometimes we will text or email updates as well. Radio frequencies used by event officials may be monitored but shall not be used for communication by any participant.
11. TRACK LIMITS: Please keep all parts of your car on the paved track at all times. If you are reported to have cut the corner at the exit of the Peanut Chicane more than once in a weekend, you will be black flagged. If you cut it again, you could be asked to leave. 

DRIVER ELIGIBILITY:

The event is open to all drivers with a valid state driver's license and a full or weekend membership to the SCCA.  If you don't have a membership, you can JOIN, or we will automatically include a weekend membership when you register. We are not offering a Novice group at this event. Only people with on-track driving experience will be approved. 

1. TIME ATTACK LICENSES: It will help if you have one, but it's OK if you don't. Event officials will work with you to make sure you get one that fits your experience level at the event. (No charge, seriously, it's simple, we promise)
2. MEDICAL: Please notify the Officials of any pertinent medical condition(s). Any participants involved in an accident in which there is significant damage or any injury, or at a race official’s discretion, MUST present themselves or be transported to the track medical facility for evaluation. Off-site medical transportation fees may apply.
3. MINOR DRIVERS: Drivers 17 years old or younger can compete but must hold a license that allows them to drive alone. There is some extra paperwork, so please contact the Event Lead before the event and get approval.

VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY:

3. NOTE: All convertibles require roll-over protection; it is outlined in the safety link above, but if you have questions, please ask prior to the event! We are happy to help!
4. Competition is open to all vehicles conforming to the National Time Attack Classes. 
5. NUMBERS: All cars must run their assigned number on both sides of the car. Remember, your number must be visible at speed by the corner workers and timing. Numbers must be at least 12 inches high, and the stroke must be 2 inches wide. There must be a color contrast between your number and the background it is on. If your number isn't visible, you will be stopped to correct it. 
6. TRANSPONDERS: The transponders we use for this event are MyLaps/AMB TranX260 or X2 Transponders. Need a transponder? We have rentals available. If you have your own transponder, awesome! Please make sure to fill in the number when you register. Rental transponders will be distributed at the driver’s meeting. The red MyLaps transponders should hold a charge for the entire event. Please return transponders to Timing or Hospitality before leaving the track. Please go to Timing if you have any transponder questions during the event. 

TRACK INFORMATION:

TRACK RULES ARE POSTED AND WILL BE ENFORCED DURING THIS EVENT. 

Roebling Road wants you to enjoy your visit and asks that you please observe these rules. 

Observing these guidelines and respecting the rights of those in our community will ensure that everyone has a great time and will help us maintain Roebling Road’s great atmosphere. 

• No parallel parking is allowed along the pit/grid fence by vehicles longer than 20'. No vehicles are allowed between the fence and the pit concrete wall. 
• Please obey the paddock speed limit at all times (5 MPH). Pit lane speed is 40MPH for the length of the pit lane wall. 
• Do not block or park on the road at the Grid entrance. Do not park on any paved roadways. When exiting the paddock area, please stay to the right and do not block any cross drives or driveways. All drives and exits must stay open for emergency traffic. 
• Race cars and pedestrians always have the right of way. Watch for children! 
• Pit support motorized vehicles such as ATV's, golf carts, mopeds, etc., due to State rules, may only be operated by a person with a valid driver's license and only for race support. Unauthorized or dangerous use of these vehicles will result in the vehicle being impounded and possible action against the offending individual. 
• All children must be supervised at all times, and minors under the age of 10 should be accompanied by an adult.  
• ATVs, Pit Bikes, or golf carts will be allowed only with permission of the track management. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license to drive any motorized vehicles. 
• Any observation by track personnel of speeding, dangerous driving, driving in back paddock, etc. will result in the vehicle being put up for the weekend. 
• SPEED limit entering the track on neighboring roads is posted at 35 MPH and enforced. 
• ALL persons entering Roebling Road Raceway are required to sign the track waiver forms. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. 
• NO fireworks, firearms, weapons or illegal drugs are permitted. 
• Please place ALL trash in trash barrels. Wading pools larger than 10 feet by 12 inches are not allowed at the racetrack. 
• IMPORTANT – There are THREE WASTE FLUID STATIONS: 
• Dump WASTE OIL into 55-gallon drums marked “WASTE OIL”. 

• Dump WASTE FUEL into 55-gallon drums marked “WASTE FUEL”.
• Dump COOLANT into 55-gallon drums marked “WASTE COOLANT”. 
• Dump BRAKE FLUID into a 35-gallon drum located at the FUEL STATION marked “BRAKE FLUID”. 
• Any cross-contamination of the above-mentioned fluids will result in a $1,000.00 fine to the promoter/organizer/lessee! 
• NO loud music or bass-boomers. All noise must cease at 10:00 PM. Be considerate of your neighbors. 

• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Leash may not exceed ten (10) feet in length and must be controlled by an adult. Pets must be picked up after. Use the “POOPER SCOOPER”. Pets are not allowed in any buildings at Roebling Road. 
• CAMPFIRES/GROUND FIRES are not allowed at Roebling Road Raceway. 
• DO NOT tape notices to any painted surfaces. Bulletin boards are provided in restrooms and by the results board. 
• ABSOLUTELY NO embedding new brakes and/or testing vehicles on infield roadways. 
• NO jacking of cars on pavement. No blocking roads in the paddock area. 
• NO TRACK CROSSING allowed while vehicles are on the track. 
• NO JUMPING ANY FENCES. Violators will be EVICTED! 
• DO NOT stand on PIT WALL or APPLY any tape to PIT WALL. 
• Non-SCCA members or persons with cold passes are not allowed in the hot pit or grid area after the 5-minute warning before each event. 
• TRACK is closed to ALL MOTORIZED vehicles at the end of the day’s event. You may walk or bicycle at this time. 
• DO NOT damage any grassy area in ANY MANNER. 
• DRIVING counter–race is strictly forbidden at all times.
• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are permitted until the final checker flag of the day and the track surface is clear of vehicles. 
• REPORT OIL and FUEL SPILLS to officials so it may get cleaned up. REMEMBER, we are under the watchful eye of the EPA. 
• Each competitor shall have at least (1) portable Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher with a rating of at least 10 ABC visible and in good working condition in their pit area. This is a Georgia State law. 
• We must pay to dispose of tires, gas cans, batteries, etc. If these are left, you will receive a bill to cover the cost of removing these items.
