About this event
Join the Washington D.C. Region in the streets of our nation’s capital supporting the inaugural IndyCar Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington D.C. on August 22nd and 23rd! Volunteer to work as an F&C Corner Marshal and be a key member of making this historic event happen.
Event requirements
Volunteering for the 2026 Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington D.C. requires previous experience working as an F&C Corner Marshal. You will be required to list your previous experience and your Flag Chief or Flag Chief Equivalent that we can contact before confirming you.
Valid and current membership with the Sports Car Club of America or an organization of similar standing will be required to participate as a volunteer.
We are looking for volunteers to work both days of the event. If you are only able to work one day, please list this within the registration. Preference will be given to individuals who are able to work both days of the event, however even if you can only work one day we still encourage you to sign up.
All prospective F&C Corner Marshals that register through this MSR event will go through an approval process before being confirmed for the event. (Receiving an email that your registration was successful is not confirmation of being selected.) Following confirmation, you will receive an email from proworker@wdcr-scca.org regarding more information surrounding the event.
Registration may close at anytime based on the number of registrants.
If you have any questions please contact proworker@wdcr-scca.org and we will respond to you in a timely manner.
