Registration and Tech will be from 1 - 6 pm Friday October 10th at

EKU parking lot at 50 University Drive Manchester KY

Competition runs will be held from 8:30 - 5:30 on Saturday and from 8:30 to 4:00 on Sunday

Awards in University Parking Lot at 4:30 pm Sunday

Please be aware that there is a 60 car limit for this event.

Cars without an A-pillar or a high front hoop in front of the driver will not be allowed at this event.

Tent Camping is allowed at the top of the hill (portajohns available), RV/Trailer camping is at the EKU campus (restrooms, but no power).

Only current SCCA members may enter between August 26 and September 3rd. Individuals who are not members may enter after September 3rd. If you are not a current member on the 26th, your entry will be kicked out.

Please pick a number that you can easily put on the car. Numbers are unique for the event (no duplicate numbers ) and must be displayed legibly so as to be read by course workers. You will not be able to change your numbers after registration.

This event is open to cars prepped to SEDIV Time Trial minimum Safety Standards

Entry fee before September 26th will be $275 (Note: This is a discounted fee due to an inaugural non-points event)/ After September 26th entry fee will be $325 (Both are for SCCA members)

A weekend membership for SCCA can be purchased for $25.

If you cancel entry by September 26th, you will be issued a refund (minus $2 MSR fee), if you do not withdraw by September 26th at midnight, you are considered an

entrant and no refund will be issued.

NO REFUNDS TO EARLY ENTRANTS/ NO EXCEPTIONS AFTER September 26th..

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON ATTENDING, PLEASE BOOK YOUR LODGING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Credit cards will be charged the early bird entry fee on August 27th, you are then considered an entrant.

Awards and Records The following Awards will be given for overall performance: •

King or Queen of the Hill- Presented by Haltech (Overall fastest time) •

King or Queen of the Hill- Presented by Haltech (Fastest driver not matching the gender of the overall fastest time award) •

The following Awards will be given for class performance: Top 3 finishers in each AHS class will receive trophies.
